Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in our online dance classes.

1. Registration: By registering for our classes, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our classes.

2. Class Schedules: Class schedules are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance.

3. Fees: Fees for classes are non-refundable once the class has started. Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept payments through our online payment gateway.

4. Code of Conduct:

• Respect: Treat all instructors and fellow students with respect.

• Attendance: Attend classes regularly and on time.

• Attire: Wear appropriate dance attire and footwear for classes.

• Conduct: Behave in a professional and courteous manner during classes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: All content provided in our classes, including but not limited to videos, choreography, music, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of our company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

6. Liability Limitations:

• Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with our classes is limited to the total amount paid by you for the classes.

• We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the practice of dance moves or techniques taught in our classes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Students can cancel their enrollment up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. A 20% cancellation fee is charged for cancellations within 24 hours. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide our students with the best online dance learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in our classes:

1. No Refunds: Once you have enrolled in our classes and made payment, no refunds will be provided, except in the following circumstances:

2. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the classes. In such cases, a refund request must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, within 7 days of the start of the course. 

3. Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund with a cancellation penalty. Refer to the cancellation policy above. 

4. Cancellation by Student: If you wish to cancel your enrollment for any reason, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Penalty for Refunds: In case of eligible refunds, a processing fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

6. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

By enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by our refund policy. We reserve the right to amend or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery for Online Classes:

Since your classes are online, there are no physical shipping or delivery requirements. Please ensure that students have access to the necessary technology and software to participate in your classes. We take no responsibility due to your lack of necessary technology and software to participate in your classes and you must ensure it prior to commencement of your class.
